I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Riyadh. The cleanliness of the room was excellent and it had a great view of the city, especially Olaya Street. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a jacuzzi in the room that added a nice touch. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the shopping area, making it convenient for me to explore and shop. The breakfast provided was excellent, with delicious omelettes made to order. The staff, especially the girls at the front desk, were professional, helpful, and made me feel welcome.

I had a great time staying here. The location is perfect and it is near the business district. I loved the room amenities like the flat-screen TV and tea and coffee facilities. The staff at the reception desk was effective and quick in responding to our needs. I enjoyed spending time at the leisure facilities like the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. The continental breakfast was good and they also had a snack bar.

Although the staff at the reception desk was effective, sometimes they do not answer phones immediately. However, they often entertain extra requests and are kind enough to provide extra services like internet access upon request.

I spent my Xmas break at a hotel and had a good time. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and I enjoyed the free toiletries and daily room cleaning service. the hotel was conveniently located close to a major street and public transportation was easily accessible, which made it easy for me to explore the city. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a great addition to my morning routine.

There were a few things I did not like. the staff was not very prompt when it came to attending to guest requests.
