I recently stayed at a hotel in Al Khobar and had an amazing experience. The staff at Aloft were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. They always had a smile on their faces and were eager to assist with any request. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with large beds and plenty of walking space. The bathrooms were also great, with roomy showers that didn't feel cramped. The hotel's location, right in front of Aldhahran Mall, was convenient and the atmosphere was pleasant. I give Aloft a 5-star rating and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I visited Dammam and stayed at Aloft for one night. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location is great, facilities are magnificent, and the rooms are splendid. I strongly recommend anyone visiting to stay at Aloft. The underground car parking is a bonus.

This hotel offers great value for money. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the modern design of the room, complete with a bathtub. The breakfast is simple but delicious and the staff offer excellent service.

The welcoming reception and easy underground car parking are added bonuses. The terrace and swimming pool at the 10th floor are great for relaxation and exercise. The bed guarantees a comfortable and quiet sleep.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it's just a stone's throw away from a busy shopping mall. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. You'll have access to a pool, gym, and a terrace on the first floor.

The pool is not very clean, and the trolley service is poor, with items being left scattered around the lobby.

The hotel staff were very hospitable, welcoming and always willing to provide assistance. They offered complimentary drinks and snacks upon check-in, which was a nice touch. the hotel had a great location, with easy access to public transportation and major tourist spots. the scenic views from the hotel's rooftop bar were breathtaking.

Some of the facilities were not well-maintained, such as the bathroom towels which were missing and the sewage smell that emanated from the bathroom. the elevator was slow and needed maintenance.

Additionally, the customer service throughout my stay was excellent, from the quick check-in and check-out experience to the approval of my request for a stay extension until 3 pm. The bedding was comfortable and the lounge and backyard areas were perfect for hanging out with friends.
