Convenient elevators with direct access to the rooms on higher floors. Breakfast was better than expected, with a good variety of options. Smiley and welcoming staff, with high housekeeping standards.

Recently stayed at Anjum Hotel for one night. The staff remained calm and welcoming despite the hotel being fully booked. The lobby was bustling but they still gave each guest their full attention. The room was clean and the room service was excellent. The hotel had a great view of the Haram side. The location was perfect, avoiding the crowded streets and providing easy access to the Haram extension. The elevators were efficient and there was no need for multiple elevators to reach our room. The breakfast was better than expected and the amenities were top-notch. a highly recommended property.

One minor issue was the limited location advantage, about 10, 15 minute walk to the Haram. But the packed lunches for pilgrims were on point so this is not that important.

The Ramadan iftar buffet is excellent with high-quality food, plenty of choices, and traditional drinks. The hotel provides airport transfers and is conveniently located near the Haram. The rooms offer a view of the Haram and the Clock Tower. There are multiple elevators for easy access. The breakfast has a wide variety of Asian and local foods, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
