The front desk employee was so pleasant and accommodating. When I arrived early, he apologized for the room not being ready and offered me a lower class room. I had a wonderful stay at Art View Hotel. the staff were welcoming and tried their best to assist us, despite limited resources. the room was spacious and clean, with a great shower and a very comfortable bed. the breakfast was served in a bright and airy room, and there was a good selection of food available. Everywhere in the hotel was kept immaculately clean. I would definitely recommend Art View Hotel to my friends and family.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the inbuilt safe in the room provided a secure place for my belongings. The parking facilities, although down a steep slope, always had available spots that were easy to park in. The staff, particularly the English-speaking lady at the front desk, were extremely helpful and made sure all my needs were taken care of. The buffet breakfast had a reasonable serving time, catering to both early birds and those who preferred a later meal.

The breakfast was decent and satisfying. to that, the hotel provided complimentary underground parking which was a big advantage for us as we were travelling by car in the city. the room was spacious and clean, offering plenty of space for relaxation. the hotel was located in a convenient area, close to key locations and attractions.

The cleanliness of the room was below our expectations, with a burnt iron patch and a filthy chair being the most noticeable. the noise level during the night was high due to disruptive guests, making it difficult to have a peaceful rest.
