During my Thanksgiving stay, I was impressed with the amenities offered at this hotel. the complimentary drinks and snacks in the mini-fridge were a nice touch and helped me feel welcomed. the location was also ideal, with close proximity to local attractions and restaurants.

There were several negative aspects to my experience. the staff did not seem properly trained or attentive to guests.

The hotel's elevators could get busy, causing slight delays during peak hours.

We had an exceptional stay at this luxurious hotel. the staff was friendly and professional, providing us with impeccable service. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services were exclusive amenities that fulfilled our every need. The restaurant offered in-room breakfast with private facilities, and the location advantages, like the sun loungers, made our experience even better. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was the inconsistent wifi, which was not a significant problem considering all of the other good aspects of this hotel.
