I recently stayed at the Ayan hotel in Riyadh for a business trip and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor seating area was a lovely spot to enjoy a cup of coffee. The on-site café served delicious coffee, and the gym was fantastic. I was also impressed with the quick laundry service and the new swimming pool. The lobby area was luxurious and quiet, perfect for work or relaxation. The staff, including Mr. Mohammed Labeeb, Mr. Nayef, and Mrs. Eman, were kind, professional, and accommodating.

This hotel provides a comfortable and clean stay for business travelers. The location is convenient with good dining options and shops nearby. Rooms are modern and equipped with a TV, and the lobby cafe is a good place to work with a variety of food and drink options.

It lacks some of the expected facilities such as a microwave or washing machine in the room.

The hotel had a good fitness center, quiet rooms, and friendly staff.

My room was spacious and clean, with modern fixtures. Despite the road construction outside, I couldn't hear any noise. The gym was great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I recommend this hotel.

We had a really comfortable stay here. The service was fantastic, and the room amenities were perfect for our needs. The location was great too, with plenty of dining options and shops nearby. We particularly enjoyed the patio and garden furniture, which made for a pleasant evening outside. The flat-screen TV was also a nice touch and we appreciated the free toiletries provided.

We stayed in a hotel during Easter, and the two complimentary chocolate eggs gave us a pleasant surprise. the location was great, close to many restaurants and shops. Plus, the view from the room was picturesque and serene.

the WiFi was incredibly slow, and we couldn't get any work done. the hot water was inconsistent, and we had to deal with cold showers.

The hotel staff were very nice. Room is very clean, big and comfortable. Location is convenient for activities. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Underground parking available. Excellent reception staff.
