Our stay at Banyan Tree was truly unforgettable. The villa with the private pool provided the perfect blend of luxury and privacy. The breathtaking views left us in awe.

Although there were a few minor setbacks, such as some missing items in the room and occasional lapses in communication from the reception team, the overall service and assistance provided by the staff was lovely. They were always there to help and ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The outdoor plunge pool was lovely, but housekeeping could have been better. There were a few moments when small things went missing in the room, and my privacy was disrupted when they came in to clean while I was at breakfast.

From a rude staff member using inappropriate language to the housekeeping team consistently missing items in the room, it was clear that the service was not up to par. The reception team also lacked knowledge about the restaurants and menus, causing confusion and inconvenience.
