The hotel's location is amazing, as it is close to the Prophet's Mosque and just in front of the Haram area. Guests have mentioned that the rooms are clean and well-facilitated, with excellent housekeeping and room service. the staff's behavior is welcoming and they are always seen with a smile on their faces while working.

Our stay at Le Bosphorus Hotel - Waqf Safi was very good. The room we initially received had a lot of noise from the main road, but the hotel was quick to accommodate us with a quieter room. The price was also very reasonable, offering great value for money. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming.

The staff at Waqf Safi were extremely polite and helpful. They even gave us a room with a view of Haram upon request. The hotel offers parking for a fee, but we got it for free as we booked 2 rooms. The location is convenient with easy access to Haram and it is close to the ladies' praying area at gate 322. The receptionist, Assaf Alkhaibari, was exceptional, providing excellent service and even paying for my mobile top-up out of his own pocket. the hotel staff was kind, generous, and treated all visitors with a magical smile and kindness.

They spoke English, which was a bonus and made communication easier.
