We had a fantastic stay at Braira Al Nakheel. the hotel's location was perfect, with restaurants, markets, and a shopping mall nearby. We didn't need a car thanks to the convenient proximity. the Saudi staff, especially Naif, were professional and provided excellent support. Naif made our late check-in a breeze and deserves a promotion for his exceptional customer service. This hotel will be our go-to whenever we visit Riyadh. We no longer want to stay at IHG hotels.

Easter at the hotel was really enjoyable. the complimentary snacks and drink while waiting in the lobby were a nice touch, and the location near the mall was very convenient for shopping. It was great to have a convenience store nearby as well. the rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable.

The service was pretty slow. Room service took forever to deliver our request for tissues and water, and when we asked for complementary water to be refilled, they said it would be charged.

We felt at home at Braira. The staff was hospitable and swift to our needs. Although we were in a hurry, the receptionist went out of his way to give us a warm welcome. The hotel's proximity to restaurants and a mall made our stay even better. we highly recommend this hotel.
