Everything is what I need and want.

The staff were friendly and the receptionist provided excellent service. The bar tender was also helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the furniture was new and comfortable. The room service menu had a good variety of dishes. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The design of the room, including the carpet and marble, was fabulous.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, close to everything we wanted to do and with a great view of the beach. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and ironing facilities. We were impressed with the excellent room service, housekeeping and laundry. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. The indoor swimming pool and spa were a real highlight, and we loved relaxing on the sun terrace after a full body massage.

The room felt like a cozy home with a kitchenette and a private entrance. The deep soaking bathtub and rain shower made me feel pampered after a long day. It was a perfect retreat for a solo traveler like me.

The carpeting in the room wasn't to my liking, but others might find it comfortable.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the main attractions of the city. The complementary breakfast and the fast response of the room service team to my requests were exceptional. the room decoration was pleasing to the eye, and the furniture looked like they were brand new.

The housekeeping team was not up to par. Once, they forgot to restock the water and coffee capsules in my room despite my request for more.

I recently stayed at the luxurious and comfortable Braira Al in Dammam for a few nights. As someone from the hospitality industry, I had high expectations and Braira Al exceeded them. The rooms were incredibly quiet, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The location was fantastic and the room's decor and furniture were to my liking. The bathroom was excellent, and the room service was incredibly responsive and fast. They delivered an extra bag, coffee, and water within minutes, without any additional charges. everything was great, but they could improve the carpet and prayer mat cleanliness for those with allergies.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location close to many attractions. Guests are just a short distance from the beach and a shopping mall. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of space for families. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and offers a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. The hotel also provides great service, and the staff is hospitable. Guests can enjoy a lovely view from some of the rooms and also benefit from the fantastic facilities provided.

A few members of the restaurant team have difficulty understanding English, which can lead to some confusion when ordering.
