I recently stayed at this venue for business and had a great experience. The location was convenient, with malls close by and a Tugra restaurant on site. I was impressed with the level of service provided, with staff being professional and quick to help. The room had everything I needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. Plus, the leisure spa & wellness centre was a great way to unwind after a long day.

I recently stayed at Jw Marriott for a week-long business trip. The staff, particularly Meshari & Abdulrahman Alghamdi, went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They upgraded my room and fulfilled my specific request for a view. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, quietness, and overall quality. Despite undergoing maintenance, the hotel functioned better than many competitors. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional, and I felt welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and offers a stunning view from the rooms. The staff is generally friendly, particularly the reception and bell boy. The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Additionally, room service is prompt and efficient.

The breakfast in the carvery area of Aroma restaurant needs improvement, as the hot food often goes cold.

Excellent lunch options with great taste, thanks to helpful and skilled staff. Effective help from the front office team who were cheerful and polite. Comfortable, scenic rooms, along with a helpful staff available during emergencies.

The executive lounge was a great perk, and the staff there and at Aroma breakfast were excellent. The late checkout option was much appreciated. The front desk staff, Mr Farhan and Mr Abdul Hamid, were friendly and helpful. The hotel has two restaurants with delicious food, although the prices are a bit high. The outdoor swimming pool and outdoor cafes are lovely. In-room dining was convenient and quick, although the soup was not the best. The hotel is within walking distance of local restaurants and juice places, which are more affordable. The proximity to Riyadh Galary mall and Tibeh Souk provides various shopping options.

We felt right at home during our stay and had no complaints at all.

the exclusive amenities provided were exceptional, especially the Spa & wellness centre which offered a variety of massages and relaxing treatments. the outdoor swimming pool was stunning with a sun terrace providing beautiful city views. the room advantages were impressive, with every detail, from the bedding to the bathroom, being of the highest standard.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to my needs. The basic amenities were provided and the rooms were comfortable with an excellent view. The hotel is also in a great location, close to multiple business areas. The breakfast included both buffet and a la carte options and was delicious.

The hotel's strategic location, adjacent to major business centers, made it easy to get around town. the breakfast buffet also stood out with its variety of delicious foods that catered to different preferences.

There were some aspects to my stay that were not ideal. There were frequent issues with the room's plumbing, and despite the staff's fast resolution, it was an inconvenience.
