This hotel really impressed me with its attention to detail and its location. Despite being situated on a highly congested road network, the hotel was near the center of the city and easily accessible. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the basic amenities were plentiful. The AC in the rooms was a little better than other hotels I’ve stayed at, and the views from the rooms were amazing. Plus, the breakfast served each morning was delicious and plentiful.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and surrounded by a busy network of roads. The service was exceptional with 24-hour reception and staff who were always available to help and assist with any requests we had. The room amenities were impressive with everything we needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar and soundproofed rooms. The rooftop pool and sun terrace were great for relaxation, while the fitness center and library ensured that we didn't miss our daily workouts.

We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for luxury and comfort during their stay.

The cleanliness of the room was a major issue. the housekeeping seemed to be lacking, with various dirt spots and unclean surfaces throughout the room.

The food at Sushi Centro was excellent, and the staff at both Sushi Centro and C. Taste restaurants were attentive to our needs. the location of the hotel is exceptional, with Haifaa Mall just a 10-minute walk away. the room was spacious and comfortable, providing great value for the price.
