As someone with physical handicaps, I truly appreciated the convenient location of the hotel. It was easily accessible to my work assignment and there were nearby fast food restaurants, restaurants, and a supermarket for all my essential needs. The staff were incredibly accommodating and the housekeeping service was excellent. The room was impeccably clean and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I particularly loved the rainfall shower head and the water pressure was fantastic. The small gym had enough facilities for me to do my basic workout routines. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices and all the staff were great in general. From the smooth check-in with Shaheen to the check-out with Ameera, the service was top-notch. I also had a pleasant dining experience with a Filipino waiter, although I unfortunately didn't get his name. The open buffet breakfast was also very enjoyable. The design of the hotel and its furniture were aesthetically pleasing. The lobby was large and the café was a great place to relax with any visitors I had.

It felt like visiting family, I had no complaints whatsoever.

The complementary shuttle service from the hotel to the airport was a nice touch. the staff was also very friendly and accommodating. the location of the hotel is great, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offered a great view of the city.
