The staff are welcoming and friendly, always willing to solve any problems. The bathroom is well-maintained and equipped with toiletries. The breakfast selection, although brought to the room, is of good quality. Additionally, the hotel offers facilities such as a gym and swimming pool for guests to enjoy.

The price of the hotel could be a bit high for a fairly small apartment.

I really loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to where I needed to go. The staff were incredible and they always had a smile on their faces. They were very respectful and professional, especially the two morning reception staff Shahad and Modhi. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed like ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The spa and wellness center was amazing with a sauna, a swimming pool, and a jacuzzi. The location was perfect for a peaceful vacation with a beautiful sun terrace and sun loungers. The free toiletries were great and there was even a business center!

We were pleasantly surprised by the well-maintained and cozy rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast had a good selection of dishes, and the staff promptly provided us with a baby crib upon our request. we recommend this hotel.

Good location for using King Fahad road. Professional and respectful morning reception staff. Jacuzzi enjoyable, spacious room with attentive and sensitive staff. Tasty breakfast, ample parking, nice ambiance in pool and restaurant.

The complementary facts offered were great! the hotel is nicely kept and the staff at the reception were friendly, helpful and ready to assist us. the location of the hotel was perfect for visiting some great restaurants in the area. We also enjoyed the free wifi - it was nice to keep in touch with our family and friends back home.

On the other hand, there were some aspects of our stay that were not very pleasant. the room service was poor as they didn't come to clean our room for the first three days, which is unacceptable.
