This hotel is in a great location close to local malls and in a busy district near a major shopping center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great shower and plenty of hot water. The staff was friendly and provided quick support for any questions or needs. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and the food tasted great. it was a pleasant stay with convenient access to the main attractions of the city.

The parking area was a bit small and tight, needing improvement.

We had an extraordinary stay at Crowne Plaza in Khobar. the staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. the complimentary lavender pillow spray was a sweet touch and helped us get a restful night's sleep.

This hotel is an incredible value for money. With its prime location at the center of the city, you get everything you need for an affordable price. The rooms are top-notch, especially the one with special access for the disabled, which was always kept clean and tidy. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. I also loved the breakfast served here, which was included in the price.

The hotel had exceptional service, including room service and car hire, which made my stay very enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the 24-hour room service and found that the bell staff/porter and housekeeping were attentive and efficient. The room amenities were fantastic and included ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV which made my stay here extremely comfortable. The staff are always very helpful and pleasant and I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for good quality food and services provided with supportive management.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Al Khobar for a business trip and was impressed from start to finish. The receptionist provided fast and exceptional service, making my check-in a breeze. The staff, including the housekeeping team and the chef at the breakfast egg station, were all polite and helpful. Despite a small mix-up with the room initially, Mr. Saad handled it promptly and professionally. The hotel's spacious rooms and comfortable beds, along with thoughtful amenities like lavender pillow spray, ensured a fantastic stay. I also appreciate the extra bed provided, which was a great help. this is one of the best IHG hotels I've experienced worldwide.

The weekend stay was an enjoyable experience. the complementary breakfast buffet and parking service were a nice touch. the hotel's prime location near shopping centers and restaurants was ideal for exploring the city. the hotel pool was refreshing, and the gym had up-to-date equipment.

The hotel's service needs improvement. the housekeeping staff didn't arrive until late afternoon and sometimes missed cleaning the room.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that met all our needs. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were excellent, and the massage services were top-notch. the spa lounge and steam rooms were relaxing, and we loved the rooftop pool with a shallow end. the restaurant offered delicious and satisfying in-room breakfast, while dinner and drinks at the bar/lounge area were also great.

The only minor issue we encountered was the need for better air conditioning. the room was spacious and had all the advantages of exclusivity, but the air conditioning system had a bad smell.
