The cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved.

The reception staff were amazing and friendly, even allowing us to check in early with our 3 kids. The location was great, with easy access to the main attraction. The rooms were fairly new and affordable, with comfortable beds and a good TV selection to keep the kids happy.

The check-in and check-out process took too long, and we had to wait a long time to get into a lift. The cleanliness of the room, particularly the bathroom, left a lot to be desired and the shower area was not properly covered, causing water to spill out.
