The bathroom is also well-maintained. The service is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offers a decent selection of fresh and hygienic food.

The complementary shuttle service to the main attraction was a huge plus, saving us time and effort. the fact that they had a prayer room was also a nice touch, making our experience more convenient. the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking.

Finally, the Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

I had a great experience staying at this 4-star hotel. First of all, the location in Mahbasul Jinn area was perfect. It was not too crowded and I had no trouble finding parking. The hotel also provided a shuttle bus service to the nearby attractions, which made it very convenient for me to explore the area.

The best part was the wonderful Wi-Fi, it worked perfectly in the lobby, who needs it in the room anyway? And the location was amazing, I got to enjoy the lovely ambiance of the shopping district and even found the one Turkish restaurant nearby. So diverse!

Oh, and let's not forget the lack of restaurant options in the area. One Turkish restaurant is definitely enough to satisfy all my culinary cravings.

The staff promptly replaced my broken iron cable. Unfortunately, I left my bag in the taxi but the hotel manager went out of his way to help me retrieve it. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shuttle service to the holy site was convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel near the Haram. The free shuttle service and affordable SAPTCO bus made it incredibly convenient to get to the Masjid. The staff was kind and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The rooms were just the right size and the parking facilities were great. it felt like a 5-star experience for a 4-star hotel.

The staff were helpful and friendly with delicious food. The location is amazing with comfortable shuttle services, modern elevators, and a short drive to the Haram. Check-in and out were quick and easy.
