We had a fantastic time exploring the local area and trying out some amazing restaurants nearby. Sham Judodna, a popular Syrian restaurant, was within walking distance and served delicious food. Another positive aspect of our stay was the spacious and clean suite. The staff were friendly and responsive to our requests, making our experience enjoyable.

It would have been helpful to have some cloths, brooms, and other cleaning supplies to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment ourselves.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. I was delighted by the spacious and well-equipped room, especially the exclusive kitchen and bathroom facilities. The Spa & wellness centre, Sauna and Jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation, and the Leisure/TV room was great for entertainment. The private facilities were a real bonus, adding to the exclusive atmosphere. Additionally, the location advantages made it easy to explore the local area and enjoy the nearby restaurants.

The only minor issue I encountered was a lack of snack bar options. However, the room advantages more than made up for this slight shortfall.

The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The location was great, with some good restaurants and the beach nearby. We also enjoyed the friendly and prompt response from the staff.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel could have been better. We also had issues with the shower, which had no curtain or door, resulting in water flooding the room every time we used it.

The apartment at Emerald Residence was very modern, clean, and comfortable. We were impressed with the spaciousness and the helpfulness of the staff. The young lads who assisted with our luggage were polite and willing to help with anything we needed. The location was convenient, with nice restaurants nearby and not too far from the sea. We also appreciated the underground parking.
