We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The suite was clean, with a nice view. The hotel facilities were top-notch - we especially enjoyed the gym facilities. The location, next to the mall, was very convenient. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring our stay was comfortable.

The location of Four Seasons was perfect for exploring the city and accessing the nearby shopping mall. The King Suite we stayed in was excellent and very comfortable. Despite a few hiccups, our stay overall was enjoyable.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as being charged for parking and a strict check-out time, these did not overshadow the positive aspects of our stay. The hotel staff, particularly Naseef, the security officer, were friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for our two-day business trip. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities provided everything we needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and the nearby Kingdom shopping mall. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, from the helpful call center to the friendly and accommodating reception staff. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the Element restaurant.

The service was exceptional, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. I had an issue with the cleanliness of the sheets, but the housekeeping manager was very apologetic and offered a thoughtful gesture. I recommend this hotel.

The room size was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to move around. the concierge was extremely attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the bath salts provided added a luxurious touch to our relaxation time.

We encountered a few issues during our stay. the water pressure in the shower could have been stronger.
