Had a great Christmas experience at this hotel! Loved the complementary breakfast and parking facilities. The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. loved the spacious rooms, they were well-equipped and boasting great comfort.

There were some negative aspects. Unfortunately, there was no lift and the cleanliness could have been better.

The Golden White Hotel in Ta'if exceeded all expectations. The clean and spacious rooms, attentive staff , and delightful Arabic coffee made our stay truly memorable. The water pressure was excellent, toilets were immaculate, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel's location and beautiful garden added to its charm. We especially appreciated the warm hospitality, cleanliness, and excellent service provided by the staff. The complimentary welcome coffee, cookies, and breakfast were a pleasant surprise. The hotel's proximity to the city center offered a calm and enjoyable environment.

Some guests have reported noise disturbance from neighboring apartments, which can affect the overall experience.

The outdoor sitting arrangements, lighting, and landscaping at the hotel were excellent. The decor was tasteful and the outside area had sufficient seating places, heaters, and even a play area for younger children. We thoroughly enjoyed our time outdoors at Golden White.

With luxurious amenities fulfilled, this hotel provides the perfect getaway for anyone seeking some well-deserved relaxation. The indoor swimming pool, aqua park and garden area are all beautifully maintained, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere that surrounds them. The private facilities in-room are an added bonus, allowing for a truly exclusive experience without having to move from your room.

Despite all the amenities available, there is still room for improvement in one aspect. The service, though welcoming and helpful, can be inconsistent at times.
