During our stay at a hotel in Mecca, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent facilities and cleanliness of the triple room we stayed in. The size of the room was generous, and the bathroom and shower were of a good size as well. The hotel's location was superb, just a short 8-10 minute walk to the Marwa Mas’aa area. We also appreciated the presence of a prayer room for both ladies and gents. The suhoor breakfast was great, with a live egg cooking station and a variety of traditional and continental dishes to choose from. our stay was very pleasant for me and my family.

We did experience some drawbacks, such as the weak WiFi signal in our room. However, the signal in the rest of the hotel was fine with reasonable speeds.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, we were offered complimentary water bottles and tea bags which was a nice gesture. the location was quite convenient as it was only a few minutes away from the main attraction. We also enjoyed having breakfast at the hotel, with a good selection of dishes.

We found that the room amenities were not up to the standard we expected. the air conditioning was too cold and we couldn't control it manually, which left my kids feeling unwell.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, with close proximity to the Mosque and the Library built on the old home of the Prophet pbuh. There are a few shops near the Clock Tower, but it takes a long walk to get there. The rooms are cozy and clean, while the staff is supportive. Additionally, the breakfast is decent with many varieties to choose from.

The parking is limited and quite expensive.
