Great breakfast made by a friendly chef, Mr. Navid. Reception staff were helpful. Spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds, chairs and lots of natural light. There's a well-equipped gym and the dinner menu has excellent grilled meat options. Purchase options and a big Masjid are nearby.

We were pleasantly surprised by the prime location of this hotel, which was close to both the airport and a big shopping mall, making it easy to explore the area. The friendly reception staff welcomed us and the room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The 24-hour room service was also a great convenience, allowing us to indulge in a delicious dining experience in the comfort of our room.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, a shopping mall, and a hypermarket. It is also near the area I wanted to explore. The room size is good, but not modern and the bed is comfortable. However, there is nothing exceptional to point out in the service, and the breakfast buffet is average.

The reception service needs improvement as guests had to wait for a long time to be attended.

luggage assistance missing

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the suite we stayed in during our romantic escape. The suite had a large living room, and we were thrilled to have three bathrooms for added convenience. The staff was professional and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We did have a couple of minor issues during our stay. The bed sheets seemed a bit worn out from constant use and washing, which took away from the overall experience.

The free parking was convenient and the WiFi was strong. the location was close to several major attractions. we received complimentary water bottles upon arrival which was a nice touch.

Our hotel experience was not very good. the staff was rude and the breakfast was very disappointing.

had a great stay at tabuk hilton garden! breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly and cooperative. they even allowed a late checkout with no fuss. really appreciated the improvements since my last stay. thanks for listening! see you after eid!
