The croissants were delicious, and the reception by Suhail Shawali and service by Ahmad Hussain and Febri in Azure Restaurant were top-notch. The round-the-clock shuttle service was a bonus, and the comfortable bed and overall cleanliness were on point. We even got a room upgrade with a partial Haram view, making our stay even better!

my stay at Hilton Makkah Convention Hotel offered a clean room and close proximity to the Haram. While there were some service hiccups like long check-in waits and unprofessional staff, the security team was friendly and the facility was satisfactory for my needs.

The hotel offers a dedicated Kids Breakfast experience, complete with a colorful and interactive menu featuring all their favorites. Additionally, children can enjoy a special Kids Welcome package upon arrival, filled with fun and delightful surprises to kickstart their stay.

My wife says that it would be great if a dedicated play area or activity room for kids could be added to the hotel facilities.

Just one tiny downside - the room was missing some essentials like slippers and shampoo. It was a gr8 stay!

I loved the hospitality, atmosphere, staff, room service, breakfast, and shuttle service at this hotel. The proximity to Masjid Al Haram was convenient. The manager, Mr Rafeeq, and waiters, Mr Siraj and Mr Bambang, were exceptional. However, only one staff member stood out, while others lacked training. Despite minor issues like bathroom slope, the facility was well-maintained. I appreciated the convenient location near transportation options. The nearby landmarks, including Safa Hill and Masjid al-Haram, enriched our family bonding experience, enhancing relaxation.

we had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Makkah. the room was modern, spacious, and clean with a lovely view of the Haram courtyard. the breakfast offered a delicious variety each day, and the location was conveniently just a 5-minute walk to the Haram. the staff, especially Habib and Ms. Khulud, were extremely friendly and professional, making our stay memorable.
