As vegetarians and vegans, we loved the variety of options available at the buffet breakfast. The hotel staff were accommodating and made sure we had plenty to choose from.

The hotel is well worth the money with spacious, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping is quick to respond. There are plenty of places to sit in the lobbies, and the mini bar is a nice addition. The location is decent with a short walk to the Grand Mosque, and there are shops nearby. The fast internet and nice waiting areas add to the positive experience.

The hotel was amazing! We got free Wi-Fi and car parking which really helped us out. the location was fantastic too, being only a 10-minute walk away from the main attraction. We loved that breakfast was included, and it was delicious with great variety!

the bathroom sink was clogged, and it took some time to drain. Other than those minor hiccups, the hotel was a great experience overall.

Infinity Hotel Makkah was incredible. the rooms were spacious, perfect for a family of four. the hotel's proximity to the Haram was a major plus, as we didn't need to rely on taxis or buses. the fast internet was a great convenience, and the waiting areas were comfortable. the hotel also had a beautiful fountain with bubble effects, adding to the pleasant ambiance. the lobbies smelled wonderful, creating a pleasant atmosphere. the staff was excellent, providing top-notch service. the hotel offered free car parking , which was a bonus. the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.
