I recently stayed at a hotel in Ta'if and had a great experience. The staff at reception gave me a warm welcome and made me feel valued as a guest. The room was comfortable and provided a relaxing atmosphere. I appreciated the excellent service and the extra touches, such as a fruit basket and a refreshing glass of juice upon arrival. The hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood ensured a peaceful stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ta'if.

The hotel is conveniently located in the mountains, offering a peaceful ambiance away from the city center of Taif. The proximity to the airport makes it a convenient choice for business travelers. The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable, with nice bathrooms and clean facilities. Although the breakfast variety is limited, the coffee at the on-site coffee shop is good and the service is prompt.

The staff were extremely helpful and professional, especially Mr. Ahmed from the reception. The room service guys were also very professional. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff were all courteous, hospitable, and friendly. The interior design, paintings, and furniture were impressive. The room itself was clean and cozy.

During our new year's stay, we appreciated the complementary drink upon arrival and the complimentary Wi-Fi offered throughout the hotel. the hotel's location was very convenient for exploring the city, as it was close to many shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room's window.

The breakfast buffet was overpriced for the limited selection of food offered. Upon checkout, we had trouble paying as the card machine was not working.

This hotel here is absolutely luxurious! From the moment we arrived, the service was amazing. the Spa & wellness centre is the perfect place to unwind and the indoor swimming pool is simply stunning. the sauna and steam room were so relaxing. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi and sun loungers in the garden area, and the BBQ facilities were great for a lovely dinner. the restaurant is top class, with a special diet menu available.

the hotel provided a shuttle service that easily solved that problem.

Renovations have been made, but the long corridors feel dated. Staff are pleasant, rooms have a good king size bed, and the breakfast buffet caters to both Arabic and Western tastes. Good location on that side of town.
