We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location may not be in the poshest area, but it is conveniently situated near the highway that leads straight to Makkah. This made it incredibly easy for us to travel to our desired destination. The rooms were well-furnished and provided enhanced comfort. The amenities, such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar, added to the overall convenience. The hotel also had a lovely terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff were always courteous and efficient, ensuring that our needs were met promptly.

The gym equipment is a bit outdated but still functional. the hotel offers flexibility on the check-out time and allows guests to stay for free until 3:00 PM. the complimentary fruits in the rooms are a nice touch.

The lighting is quite dim in some areas including corridors, rooms, elevators, and facilities. More shining lights would give more freshness to the area.

The receptionists were also very trustworthy and respectful, only asking for payment during the checkout process without any deposit required. The receptionists were respectful and trusted guests, only asking for payment upon checkout and without requiring a deposit. The breakfast at the restaurant was amazing, and the hotel room was tidy and near the city center. Additionally, the complimentary fruits provided in the room were a nice touch.
