Conveniently located near Nayyara Hall, this women's only hotel offers a private and secure environment. Friendly staff provided excellent service, with a polite receptionist and complimentary massages. The dinner was enjoyable and the hotel was well-kept.

The exclusive amenities at this luxury hotel were truly impressive. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, fulfilling all of our luxurious needs. The room itself was beautifully designed with modern and elegant decor, creating a truly relaxing and comfortable environment. The private facilities, such as the spa, gym, and pool, were top-notch and exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the location of the hotel was advantageous, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

One minor issue we encountered during our stay was that the breakfast provided did not meet our high expectations. While it was still adequate, it fell below the standard of excellence that we experienced throughout the rest of our visit.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The studio room, although small, was clean and comfortable. The massage service included with the booking was a delightful treat. The staff, especially Nuha at the reception, were amazing and very lovely. The hotel's location was perfect for me, as it was close to KSU, KACST, restaurants, and malls. Being in an environment with only women was both good and comfortable for me. The spa facilities were also very nice and clean. I thoroughly enjoyed the free access to the spa and the gym services.

During my New Year stay, I was impressed with the beautiful spa and amenities at this hotel. the massage service was also exceptional. the location of this hotel is convenient as it is close to many restaurants and malls. I also loved how comfortable and clean the studio room was.

The customer service at this hotel was poor, which made me feel unwelcome. the receptionists were rude and not helpful.
