I recently stayed at Makarem for a family trip, and it was a great experience. The Saudi gentleman at reception was incredibly kind and helpful, always going out of his way to ensure our comfort. The hotel had a good variety of food in its large restaurant, and the rooms were a decent size with daily cleaning. It was also convenient to have a shop on the ground floor with reasonably priced items, and the laundry service was excellent. the staff, especially the laundry guy, were amazing and made our stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Mecca called Makarem and had a great experience. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Whenever we needed something, the service was prompt. The hotel also offers parking underneath, which was a great convenience. Considering the price we paid, it was definitely worth it. Additionally, the hotel had a mini store inside, an ATM, a barber shop, and a restaurant. There was also a shuttle service available, making it easy to get around the area.

Honestly, nothing could have been better about my stay at the hotel. 👍

The shuttle service is convenient in open areas and at the bus stand after prayers. Room accommodations are impeccable standards, with neat and clean restaurants and bathroom facilities.

While the hotel location may be far from the Haram and Ajyaad Street, and the area may not have much in terms of shopping, the hotel offers a vast selection of 24/7 conveniences such a salon and on-site store.

One of the best aspects was the variety and quality of the breakfast provided, which included a good range of dishes that were tasty and well-prepared.

The shuttle service could be improved, as there were only a limited number of buses operating, resulting in delays and crowded transportation. the lighting in the rooms was not very good and could be improved in order to make the space more comfortable.

The WiFi speed at the hotel was extremely slow, making it difficult to work efficiently. the service provided by the staff was sometimes slow and required multiple reminders at the reception for certain requests.
