We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, with the housekeeping staff ensuring that everything was spotless and all amenities were available. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the shuttle service provided easy transportation to the Haram, making it convenient for us to attend prayers. The location of the hotel was perfect, with its proximity to the Haram and the ease of access to the shuttle service. The staff were friendly and welcoming, particularly the receptionist who spoke Urdu. our experience was outstanding.

The hotel staff in Gopalganj, Bihar, India is helpful. The suhoor and iftaar meals are excellent. Shuttle service to Haram is reliable. Rooms are spacious and stylish. The reception area is comfortable for unwinding with a coffee.

The hotel is conveniently located, with a short distance to Alharm mosque. For those traveling to Jeddah airport, the hotel is situated nearby. Furthermore, it boasts excellent services and facilities, with the reception and lobby staff being particularly helpful. One can also appreciate the on-site prayer room, which offers an impressive view of the haram and 24-hour shuttle services to the mosque.

One inconvenience that stood out was the time-consuming check-in process. Nevertheless, the staff managed the situation gracefully, making the wait time bearable.

The staff at the Jabal Omar Marriott Hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating. Mr. Ahmad Salama, the receptionist, ensured a quick check-in process and provided advice to help us catch the Maghrib prayers in the Haram. The shuttle bus timings were perfect, and the overall experience was excellent. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious with large beds. We were able to upgrade to two connecting rooms for a small additional charge, which was well worth it.

It was also close to metro stations and any stores I needed. Plus, it was only a 15-minute walk away from the Eurostar and airport train station. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

the exclusive amenities met our needs to the highest level. the Sun terrace and Jacuzzi were a great way to relax after a long day of contemplation. the In-room breakfast was served on time and with great taste. the Restaurant offered an amazing variety of dishes to choose from, and the menus for Special diets were available. the service was outstanding and the staff was always ready to help with a friendly smile.

I recently stayed at Marriott Makkah for my Umrah trip. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and Ms. Aafrah upgraded us to a spacious Executive One-Bedroom King Suite. The location is excellent, with easy access to the entrance for Umrah and Prayers. The shuttle service provided by Marriott and Hilton was convenient and saved us time. staying at Marriott made our trip memorable, thanks to the helpful staff and comfortable accommodations.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience which exceeded our expectations. the exclusive amenities provided in the room, such as the Jacuzzi, Sun terrace, and Leisure room made our stay even more enjoyable. the service provided was exceptional, and the location, just a stone's throw from the Haram, was a definite advantage.

The only minor issue we faced was the lack of special diet menus, which made it slightly difficult for our group. the in-room breakfast and the restaurant's menu provided a wide range of options.

We had a great Christmas stay and enjoyed the complementary hot chocolate and gingerbread cookies. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main gate and the shuttle was convenient too. the rooms were spacious and well-decorated and we appreciated the stunning view of the city from the balcony.

The food was not up to par. the variety of breakfast options was limited and there wasn't much fresh fruit.
