The shuttle bus service provided convenient transportation to the Safa side of the haram. The location in the peaceful An Naseem District was excellent, with a beautiful mosque nearby. The hotel staff were professional and attentive. The room size was satisfactory and the bathroom had all the necessary facilities. The parking space was ample and free of charge. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with good quality carpets throughout.

The hotel provided a shuttle bus service that was available every 15 minutes, making it convenient for us to travel to the Haram. The Bug Masjed and supermarket were just a 2-minute walk away, providing added convenience. The room service and reception staff were extremely supportive and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel was superb, with a variety of delicious food, including made-to-order omelets. The location of this hotel was fantastic, with shops and a great restaurant beside the beautiful Rajhi mosque. The service was amazing, with polite and friendly staff on hand to help us with all our needs. The clean and well-equipped room was a pleasure to stay in, with a great view of the surroundings. The breakfast was delicious and varied. We also loved the convenience of the 24-hour shuttle service to the nearby mosque.

This hotel has spacious rooms with good lighting and air conditioning, as well as a great breakfast with variable options made by a chef. The location is close to beautiful mosques and supermarkets, with multiple free shuttle buses to the Haram Masjid.

Even though the hotel was advertised as a sterilized space, we found used items from the previous guests in our room. the location of the hotel was quite far from the haram, taking approximately 15 minutes to reach by shuttle, and the basement parking was always full, making it difficult to park.

Upon arriving at this hotel, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff. the room was equipped with exclusive amenities that really made my stay luxurious. I enjoyed a leisurely time at the private facilities while also savoring delicious food at the restaurant. the location advantages were also a plus, being conveniently close to popular attractions.

One minor issue was the lack of signposting of facilities which can cause confusion. But overall, the service was exemplary and the TV room was a great bonus.
