We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to the Prophet's Mosque, yet tucked away in a quiet area away from the busy streets. The staff here were incredibly friendly and responsive, especially the receptionist who was always quick to assist us with any problems or services we needed. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as an ironing facility, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. We also loved the dining options available, from the in-room breakfast to the bar/lounge area and outdoor dining area.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with exceptional service. The breakfast served is delicious, and the proximity to shopping centers is an added advantage.

The Café To Go is a great place to relax with a book, or catch up with a friend. Al Multaqa Restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Madinah for any business lunches and intimate dinners. Al Majeedi also offers international specialties ranging from Asian culinary gems to artfully prepared European fare.

I mean, who wants a hotel with free WiFi, chargeable private parking and a 24-hour room service? Not me, that's for sure.

Very modern hotel with excellent amenities. We appreciated the complimentary refreshments in the room, and the fast Wi-Fi was a plus. the hotel is situated in close proximity to the main attractions, with stunning views of the city from our room. We also loved the complimentary breakfast buffet that offered a wide variety of delicious food options.

The hotel should improve its housekeeping. Our room was not as clean as we expected and the housekeeping staff didn't replace the toiletries after they ran out.

the staff was very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. the sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath were fantastic and allowed us to relax and unwind. the in-room breakfast was delicious and the restaurant offered a wide variety of options.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the leisure/TV room which could have been better equipped. this did not impact our overall experience as there were plenty of other amenities to enjoy.

I had a wonderful stay at Taiba Madinah Hotel. The location was excellent, with a stunning view of Haram from my room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, particularly Ms. Maraj at the reception. The room was clean and spacious, and the housekeeping personnel did a great job. The convenience of having a restaurant on the first floor made it easy to grab a meal. I also enjoyed the breakfast while enjoying the view of the flying birds of Mosque Ghumama. I highly recommend this hotel.
