The staff members were supportive and kind, making my stay even better. I especially appreciated the automatic washing machine, good parking location, availability of a kids channel on the TV, and the reasonable price. my stay was worth every penny, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

the hotel has great potential and offers spacious rooms, a beautiful entrance, and a good parking area. the lighting in the hotel is also good, and the toilets are clean. the overall cleanliness of the hotel is impressive, as everything is new. It is easily accessible from the connecting road, making it convenient. the parking facilities, including a basement, are also well-maintained. the price is good, especially considering the new fixtures, LED TV, and air conditioning. It is a suitable option for long stays, as they provide amenities like a washing machine.

To be honest, everything else about the hotel was excellent. The location was convenient, with its proximity to the main highway and easy access to major areas. The hotel boasted a brand-new building and offered well-maintained rooms and bathrooms. Despite the service issues, the hotel provided great value for the price and had good parking facilities available.

The staff's professionalism and customer service were lacking. They were unresponsive to calls and did not handle reservations properly, leading to inconvenience during check-in.
