We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Mr. Salim at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel management was excellent, ensuring that every point of our stay was taken care of. The quality of the food and services was outstanding. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, even with an extra bed added for our children. The hotel facilities, including the world-class restaurants like Maharaja and Blue, were superb. The breakfast at The View lounge on the 12th floor was amazing and gave us a great start to the day.

No negative aspects.

Great hospitality and friendly staff. The staff recognized me from my previous visit and provided personalized care and attention. The Friday buffet was a must-visit, with a wide variety of cuisines and top-notch service. The management was very attentive and the chef even made rounds to ensure a pleasant dining experience. The hotel also had good facilities and spacious rooms at an affordable price.

While most of the staff did their best, there were some inconsistencies and lack of standards. The international staff provided service based on their own cultural perceptions rather than a standardized approach.

Great location! This hotel is perfect for those who want to explore Halfmoon bay and downtown. The rooms come with all basic amenities, so no need to worry about anything. And the breakfast is included!

This hotel boasts a great location near the sea, in downtown area, and close to many Indian restaurants and popular attractions. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained with good WIFI connection. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The breakfast is varied and delicious, with many options to choose from. Guests can enjoy the nice view from the balcony and take advantage of the gym facilities for both genders.

Guests should be aware that some parking and check-in procedures may be inconvenient and time-consuming.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with excellent service and a warm welcome. The staff at Movenpick went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities, including the gym and pool, were top-notch. The variety of food at the breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide range of options. One particular experience stood out to us. We had a late check-in, but the hotel made sure our room was ready and waiting for us, despite the delay. This level of attention to detail was greatly appreciated. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. From the exclusive amenities to the impeccable service, every need was fulfilled. the Spa & wellness centre had a range of treatments available including a full body massage and facial. the indoor swimming pool was perfect for a relaxing swim and the sauna was a nice addition. the restaurant offered delicious buffet style meals with special diet menus available upon request. the private facilities were a great advantage and the location was perfect for easy access to nearby attractions.

The one minor issue was the lack of live entertainment, however, this did not detract from the overall luxurious experience.

Great buffet on Fridays, well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds. Non-smoking policy was strictly enforced providing a family-friendly environment. Pool was pleasant and breakfast on the penthouse was amazing with plenty to choose from. Spacious room full of comfortable furniture and clean.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The property and rooms were exceptionally clean, and the 24-hour security guards made me feel safe and secure. The breakfast and food options were delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel had excellent facilities and a perfect location in the heart of Khobar. They even upgraded me without me having to ask, and the whole environment felt relaxed and comfortable. I would give them 10 stars for their outstanding service and making my stay so pleasant and comfortable.

Great location, within 10 minutes of everything on the map. Unexpected sea view. Spacious room with fast WiFi, perfect AC, and comfortable bed. Helpful and cooperative staff. Spotless bathroom with all essentials. Will definitely return.

The view from our room of the corniche/sea was absolutely stunning. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with plenty of attractions and amenities nearby. Additionally, I really enjoyed the sumptuous dinner at The Blue restaurant. The seafood theme on Tuesday was delicious and the staff, especially Mr. Nisar, provided exceptional service.

The housekeeping during our stay was not cooperative. We had requested bedroom slippers upon our arrival, but they were only delivered late in the evening after multiple calls and a long wait.
