The room was spacious but better than photos. Would DEFINITELY choose this place again!

The breathtaking city view from my room on the 25th floor was truly extraordinary, offering an unparalleled perspective of the vibrant Makkah skyline. The al Diwan Tea Lounge provided a delightful retreat to unwind with aromatic Arabic coffee after a day of exploration, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was a lovely touch that enhanced my overall experience at the hotel.

The carpet in my room had an unpleasant smell, which detracted from the otherwise pleasant stay.

the hotel was elegantly clean and so close to on arrival. the staff gave us a late check-out, and the housekeeper zisaan mia was super helpful. our check-in staff member even upgraded us to a junior sweet room.

The Mövenpick Hotel & Residence Hajar Tower in Makkah is strategically located, offering panoramic views and close proximity to the Kaaba and Masjid al-Haram Mosque. The room I stayed in was well-equipped with modern amenities and was impeccably clean. The spacious room, originally designed for double occupancy, was seamlessly transformed to a single room, offering me ample space and comfort.

One downside was the lack of sound isolation in the room. The connecting doors between the rooms allowed every minimal sound to travel, affecting privacy and rest.

From the reception to housekeeping, everyone was kind and accommodating. Kifayat Ullah and his team were particularly outstanding. They made me feel at home, especially the Pakistani housekeeping staff on the 19th floor. the room service was top-notch, and the hotel's location, connected to the Haram, was wonderful. the room was clean, and the overall experience felt like a 5-star treatment.

While the staff was excellent, the breakfast options were below the standards of a 5-star hotel. the management of the restaurants could be improved to enhance the dining experience for guests.

The Movenpick offers a great location near the Kaaba, with comfortable, spacious rooms and excellent service.

Some minor cleaning and food wastage issues observed. No other complaints.

our stay at The Movenpick was exceptional. Check-in was a breeze, staff were courteous and accommodating. The view of Kabaa from our room was stunning, exceeding our expectations. The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options. The hotel's location to Haram was convenient, and the beds were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a spacious Junior King Suite, providing a luxurious experience.

The hotel is super close to the Haram, making it a breeze to get there. Love that the mall inside makes grabbing a bite super simple; no need to leave the hotel grounds. Getting a taxi to Harmain Station? Easy peasy, just head down to the parking level and hop in one. The room, so comfy; peace and quiet, real nice; cleanliness, top-notch. Rizwan and the reception staff were great, especially the ladies; however, the front desk's handling of the broken sofa bed issue was a bit off, but overall, a top-notch experience! 🌟

At a 10-minute ride from the sacred site, this hotel's prime location makes it the holy grail for pilgrims. Just like finding a hidden gem in a treasure chest, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's convenient proximity to Al Haramin.

Getting to the room is very difficult.

First stay, staff sweetly helped my elderly parents. Perfect for me, with everything I need - free Wi-Fi, 24-hour service, restaurant, airport shuttle, Jacuzzi. Coming back for New Year!

Excellent location with quick access to nearby attractions, amazing breakfast with fresh options, spacious and comfortable rooms, efficient bathroom, ample anti-septic dispensers throughout the facility, helpful and friendly staff.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. We felt that we got great value for our money, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the Haram and connected to a big mall. The staff treated us with kindness and were always available to help.
