The location was handy, just a short walk from the holy site, surrounded by various dining spots and shops. the staff were exceptional; from the helpful bellboy to the fantastic room cleaner. They always ensured the room was tidy and offered excellent service. the room service was proactive, offering restocking and daily room cleaning.

Some minor inconveniences arose, such as a bit of a bumpy road leading to the hotel and occasional puddles of water around. the noise from maintenance work disturbed the peace of the night and caused discomfort.

The hotel staff were top, notch, with Ahmed being super, friendly and helpful during my quick check, in, making me feel right at home. the hotel's close proximity to Masjid Al, Haram was a huge plus, and the variety of nearby food options made meals a breeze. Despite some noise from maintenance work on the floor above late at night, the overall stay was enjoyable, and the accommodating staff more than made up for it. 💫.

Nada Al Majd offers a convenient location, just a 10-15 minute walk to the haram, surrounded by shops. the staff is friendly, providing good WIFI and facilities, making for a pleasant stay. They are accommodating, allowing guests to store baggage during Umrah.

Occasional cleanliness issues in public bathrooms and small lifts. No major complaints.
