I recently stayed at Novotel in Jazan for a few days and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The breathtaking sea view from my room was the highlight of my stay. The hotel itself is amazing and I was even upgraded to a better room for free. The reception staff was nice and helpful, and the hotel is new and clean. The added security of city police was convenient, and the staff, especially the ladies at the reception, were great. The hotel is also conveniently close to the port for those looking to visit Farasan islands.

The staff, especially Fatemeh, Shuur, and Melvin, were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The luxurious amenities provided by this hotel were exceptional, with a Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, Swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Beach Access. I had a body scrub and full-body massage that were soothing and refreshing. the staff were professional and offered excellent service. the room advantages were also impressive with private facilities and an in-room breakfast that exceeded expectations.

The only minor issue was that the outdoor dining area was sometimes noisy, which could be disturbing for business guests. the staff did their best to mitigate the situation.

The complementary chocolates and champagne were a lovely surprise when we entered our room. the view of the sea from our balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. the location was perfect, with many restaurants and cafes nearby.

Our romantic escape was spoiled by the lack of cleanliness in the room. the carpets were dirty and stained, which made us uncomfortable.
