Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location, perfect for families, great value for money.

Nothing is perfect.

I had a great stay at a practical hotel with a spacious suite, good air-con and excellent room service. The staff, especially Omar, was helpful in negotiating with local taxi drivers. I'd recommend this hotel.

Great breakfast options and helpful staff. the hotel is located close to many attractions and has good transportation services. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

the shower had low pressure and the water went all over the bathroom floor. It was also hard to communicate with the in-room dining staff, as they were not attentive and seemed confused.

This budget hotel is up to standard with similar business hotels in the area. Its central location, next to many shops and close to the center of town, makes it a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished and have soundproofing which makes for a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel also provides a fast internet connection, which is a plus.

The bathroom would benefit from some updating to the shower and water pressure.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the city center, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The rooms were clean, with comfortable beds and great air conditioning directly on the bed. Plus, the location was perfect - right next to many shops, close to Faisaliah tower, and near the shopping center. The breakfast spread was also fantastic; they had a great selection and everything tasted delicious.

All in all, this hotel was great - I can't think of anything that could have been improved.

The hotel had 24-hour room service with decent food and a good variety of amenities for young people like us.

Felt more than at home, no complaint.
