Some aspects of the shuttle services need improvement given that some guests have to wait extensively at pick up from Al-Haram.

I appreciated the high-quality services provided during my stay, such as the shuttle service to get to the great mosque, dry cleaning, and 24-hour security. Privacy and comfort were ensured, too, thanks to the soundproofed rooms, air conditioning, and free toiletries. The staff of this hotel was always ready to help and make me feel at home. At the end of a long and busy day, I enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi and using the Wi-Fi, which had an excellent signal.

We spent our Easter weekend in Mecca and it was a unique experience. The hotel had two great complementary services: shuttle bus to the main attraction and free breakfast. The location was also great, only a short walk to the famous mosque in the city and close to many shops and restaurants. The view from our room was amazing and we enjoyed watching the city skyline as we rested.

There were some downsides to our stay. The service from the front desk was not the best and we found them unhelpful sometimes.

The transportation to and from the holy mosque was convenient, and the hotel was located outside the heavy traffic area of Makkah, making it easy to reach from the airport. The interior design of the rooms was romantic, with soothing colors and modern furnishings. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The restaurant offered delicious food, and there were also restaurants outside the hotel serving traditional Saudi cuisine. The hotel was clean, comfy, and had a good refreshing smell. The lobby was huge and cozy, and there was underground parking available.

From Mr. Waqas Chaudhary, the revenue manager, to Miss Ghalia and Ijaaz who catered to my father's dietary needs, and Ali at the front desk, everyone went above and beyond. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a stunning lobby and well-appointed rooms. The free shuttle service to the haram was a bonus, dropping us off close to the gate. The surrounding area was peaceful and convenient. it was a wonderful experience.
