Some aspects of the shuttle services need improvement given that some guests have to wait extensively at pick up from Al-Haram.

The shuttle service provided by the hotel was very reliable and always efficient. I appreciated the extra touches like the contact number provided to call the driver and the separate tunnel reserved for the buses on the way to the Haram. Overall I had a great stay at Park Inn.

the room advantages were exceptional, with a Jacuzzi and private facilities that made us feel pampered. the in-room breakfast was delicious, and the dinner was equally tasty. the service was excellent, and the staff was attentive to our every need. the location advantages were perfect for us, with easy access to the surrounding areas.

The only minor issue was the packed lunches, which were not up to par with the other exclusive amenities. We had expected a higher quality meal, considering the rest of the hotel and its offerings.

Staying here was an excellent experience. The location of this venue is perfect to visit one of the most important mosques, Masjid Alrajihi, and to easily access several bus stations. I appreciated the high-quality services provided during my stay, such as the shuttle service to get to the great mosque, dry cleaning, and 24-hour security. Privacy and comfort were ensured, too, thanks to the soundproofed rooms, air conditioning, and free toiletries. The staff of this hotel was always ready to help and make me feel at home. At the end of a long and busy day, I enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi and using the Wi-Fi, which had an excellent signal.
