The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. They charged me for an extra bed that was not provided, my first room had an unlocked balcony door, and my second room was dusty and had poor ventilation.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that satisfied my needs. the infinity pool on the rooftop provides a breathtaking view of the city along with sun loungers and beach umbrellas for relaxation. the room advantages were exclusive and impressive, with a private balcony that had an outdoor dining area for breakfast. the restaurant had a wide variety of dishes including special diet menus, and the snack bar served delicious treats.

the problem was quickly resolved by the staff upon notifying them.
