The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. They charged me for an extra bed that was not provided, my first room had an unlocked balcony door, and my second room was dusty and had poor ventilation.

The restaurant had a wide variety of dishes including special diet menus, and the snack bar served delicious treats. Service was exceptional, with friendly staff that catered to my every need.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay at this hotel was the shortage of tissue and shampoo in the room. However, the problem was quickly resolved by the staff upon notifying them.
