We were impressed with the polite and professional staff who treated everyone with respect, regardless of their background. It was easy to catch a taxi to the grand mosque from the hotel, and we appreciated the convenient walking distance to malls, coffee shops, and restaurants catering to various cuisines. The streets and walkways around the hotel were not congested, making it a pleasant area to explore.

The location of the hotel might not be at the Haram, but there are multiple bus stations nearby that can easily take you there. Additionally, there are plenty of markets within walking distance, offering convenience for any necessary shopping. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The hotel staff is polite and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

The breakfast offered at the hotel is average and not exceptional.

The lavish facilities here cater to exclusive indulgence. the private bathroom with its spa, like features is one such highlight that made my stay all the more luxurious. the exquisite designing of the rooms and amenities, including complimentary Wi, Fi and TV, lives up to the expectations of any 5, star hotel. I appreciated the leisure room and the snack bar. the food served in the restaurant was exceptional too, with some options for vegetarians.

The shuttle service to the religious sites could be better organized. the running time of the shuttle service was not frequent enough, and the hotels' location is far away from the holy pilgrimage site that adds to the inconvenience.

We stayed at a hotel during our city break and we were pleased with the complimentary shuttle service to a nearby attraction. the hotel's location was convenient and easily accessible by taxi. Another positive aspect is the fair prices for a clean room, making it an excellent option for budget travelers.

Despite several requests, the cleaning staff did not adequately clean our room. the absence of direct busses to major attractions forced us to pay for additional transportation.
