We recently stayed at a spacious and comfortable hotel in a superb location for our Umrah trip. Retaj Al Bayt Suites provided us with two interconnecting one-bedroom suites, which were perfect for our family. Just a few minutes' walk from the Haram, the hotel offered stunning views and the convenience of having a shopping complex with various amenities right below. The breakfast selection was decent, and the live audio from the Haram in our room created a truly immersive experience. The staff were also helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

Finding the hotel was a bit challenging at first.

Great location next to the clock tower entrance and facing AlHaram door. Convenient for umrah and prayers. Spacious rooms for friends. Good food, helpful staff, and nice amenities. Luggage storage available for late departures.

We had a wonderful stay at Retaj Al Bayt Suites. The location couldn't have been better, right next to Kabba. The apartment was modern and equipped with brand new appliances, including a kettle and a kitchen. We loved the nice window with a view of the outside square and Kabba. There were plenty of restaurants, stores, and a supermarket downstairs. The personnel were very helpful and attended to all our requests. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety and high-quality food. They even cooked eggs in any style of our choice.

This hotel has an amazing location in the clock tower of the Zam zam towers which offers a great view of Haram. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and spacious, offering six beds in Tower B. The breakfast provided is delicious and included in the price.

Amazing location, just 30 seconds away from the Haram. The view from the room makes you feel like you're staying inside the Haram itself. Great for those with physical handicaps. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet offers more than 30 options. The rooms are updated and new.

Felt privileged, nothing was too much trouble.

The central location of this hotel is a major highlight. A quick, separate elevator ride takes you straight down to the haram floor in the clock tower. Plus, it's near Bin Dawood supermarket and the mosque. The spacious and clean rooms offer a comfortable stay, and the breakfast choices are tasty.

There were some issues with the shower causing bathroom flooding, but the manager's immediate response and daily cleaning service helped minimize any inconvenience.

Almost perfect.

I stayed at this hotel for 13 nights over the Christmas break. The staff was excellent, offering warm hospitality and check-in was a breeze. I enjoyed the beautiful view of the holy city from my room and the location was so close to the Haram that I could easily walk to the mosque. As an added bonus, I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and daily housekeeping services that kept my room fresh and clean.

I did have a few small issues during my stay. the breakfast was somewhat limited, with only a few fruit choices.

Close to the Haram. My bed was not comfortable, but the staff immediately changed it and made sure I had a comfortable sleep. Great service and hospitality. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
