The staff was polite and the location was convenient, with shopping centers nearby. The free parking in the basement was a bonus. The two-room suite was incredibly spacious and offered great value for the price. We also appreciated the complimentary Arabic coffee and dates.

Despite the positive aspects of our stay, we did experience a delay during check-in. The reception staff took over 2 hours to give us our room, even though there were other rooms that were ready.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. the breakfast was served in-room and had a good variety. the hotel had a great car parking area near it and is situated near a fantastic restaurant. the blankets were warm and cozy.

The hotel WiFi was quite slow and the staff wasn’t able to deal with a messy room in a timely manner.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Buraidah recently. The spacious room was perfect for my family, and the smart TV with YouTube kept my kids entertained. The breakfast served in the room had a great variety, and the car parking was excellent. Additionally, I loved the fact that there was a fantastic restaurant within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
