The food options were diverse and tasty, which was great for Thanksgiving. The hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions and transportation options. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

The noise from construction and the nearby lounge was unbearable at night and kept us awake. Our room had a strange smell and felt dirty.

The exclusive amenities were fulfilled by the exceptional spa and wellness centre, equipped with a sauna, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and massage services. The sun terrace provided us with a beautiful view, while the spa lounge, steam room, and Turkish bath enhanced our relaxation. In our room, we enjoyed the rooftop pool and private facilities, superbly furnished and decorated. Additionally, the location advantages added to our splendid vacation.

The only minor issue during our stay at the hotel was the wait for extra towels, which took longer than expected. Besides that, we had a perfect stay, with friendly and efficient service.

During my recent stay at Shangri-La, I had a small issue with overpayment when checking in. However, the hotel staff was quick to acknowledge the mistake and assured me that the extra amount would be refunded to my credit card within 2 weeks. Despite the delay, their willingness to resolve the issue was commendable.

One drawback I encountered was the lack of communication regarding payment for a birthday cake. I had requested the cake in advance, but was not informed that payment needed to be made 24 hours beforehand.
