During our stay at Shahd Al Madina, my family had a wonderful time exploring the vibrant area, including the delightful outlet shopping nearby. The convenience of the location allowed us to immerse ourselves in the local culture and discover unique treasures. The delicious cuisine in the Silk Lounge, with its serene ambiance, made it an ideal spot for my wife and me to relax and enjoy some quality time together.

My wife says that there should be more children-friendly activities available at the hotel, offering young guests a chance to have some fun and make new friends.

Me and my friends had a blast visiting Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi which was just a hop and a skip away. Plus, we had a half board option, and the dining was lit! The staff went all out and even surprised us with a custom-made chocolate cake. It was straight-up awesome!

The only thing we'd wish for is a more happening nightlife spot or a cool rooftop hangout for young peeps like us. A place to chill after a day of exploring and shopping would have been dope.

The hotel is located 5 minutes from the holy mosque. Beautiful Islamic decorations throughout. Breakfast had a variety of options and was delicious.

Excellent location, just a 3-minute walk to King Fahd Gate No: 21. Welcoming and helpful staff, especially the ground floor staff. Clean and good quality bedding items. There were a variety of options to choose from and the food was tasty and satisfying. Moreover, the location of the hotel was very convenient. It was close to the main attractions of the city, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy our city trip.

There were some aspects of the hotel that were disappointing. the rooms were not well, maintained, with broken reading lights and stained carpets.

The room at Shahd Al Madina Managed By Accor was incredibly spacious, even for a group of four. We loved the separate living area with a sofa and extra TV. The bathroom was also very spacious and well-equipped. The variety of food options and fast service to refill were truly astonishing. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Perfect location, thanks to that I could walk easily to the Haram. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, but why bother when you can enjoy being exhausted? Continental breakfast is available, just what I needed to start my day in a mediocre way.
