This hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail. The staff provides excellent service, with the receptionist's warm hospitality and the manager's understanding of guests' needs being particularly noteworthy. The rooms are very clean and the property overall has a quiet ambiance. Additionally, the hotel offers high-speed WiFi and SmartTVs, which the kids loved.

No major issues, everything was fine.

Good staff, especially Mr. Ziyad, who was very hospitable. Clean property. Kids enjoyed the SmartTV with high-speed wifi. Quiet location with less traffic. Allowed us to search for our lost toys in the room after early checkout.

The TV quality was poor, with limited channel options. the furniture could have been cleaner, and there was a noticeable smell in the smoking room.

I had a fantastic stay at Viola Hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. I was pleased with the prompt response from the staff when I requested extra sheets and towels. Additionally, the hotel was quiet and offered a lovely view of the sea from my window.

While my overall experience was positive, there were a few minor inconveniences. The internet did not work during my stay, and the couches and pull-out beds were not as clean as I would have liked.
