The hotel is situated within walking distance to trendy spots for shopping and dining. the breakfast was tasty with many options available. the gymnasium and wellness center on the 12th floor were excellent. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant stay.

The hotel could benefit from more comfortable seating in the lobby area. Although the rooms were clean and well-maintained, there was a lack of variety with the decor and it felt a bit impersonal.

We had an amazing stay at Swissotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even upgraded us to a 1-Bedroom apartment. The rooms were clean and luxurious, and the bedding was so comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary underground parking. we highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. the spa and wellness centre offers excellent massages and body treatments with rejuvenating facilities like a sauna and steam room. the infinity pool overlooks the city and is surrounded by sun loungers and beach umbrellas, providing a relaxing oasis. the rooftop pool and snack bar offer a picturesque view of the city. the Spa centre offers outstanding beauty treatments and make-up services too.

The only minor issue I experienced was the pool being shared by both men and women, despite being informed that there were designated hours for each. this was not enforced, and it was difficult to feel comfortable with that.

The location of the hotel is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. Guests have praised the cleanliness and quietness of the hotel, along with the professional and attentive staff. The newly opened hotel boasts new and clean facilities, and the helpfulness of the staff made up for any training deficiencies. Guests have enjoyed the rooftop pool and breakfast, and have appreciated the friendliness and kindness of the staff.

There were some difficulties with the hotel staff and system, including the loss of personal items.

Swissotel Living Jeddah exceeded all expectations! The staff went above and beyond in their care and hospitality, even securing an upgrade for my friend's family. The entire team, from reception to housekeeping, were friendly and helpful. Special mentions to Rashid for his assistance with luggage, Shrouq and Zubayer for their professionalism at the front desk, and the 12th-floor team for managing the gym and wellness center. The hotel is spotless and the breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this place - a truly exceptional stay!
