I recently stayed at Views Hotel & Residences for a quick weekend getaway. The location was perfect, with an amazing view of the canal. The design of the hotel was sleek and modern, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast in the Casper restaurant was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff, especially Mr. Walid and Abrar at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and made my stay unforgettable. This was my first time at the hotel, but it definitely won't be my last.

Great location near the sea with restaurants and shops nearby. The room was spacious and clean with all necessary amenities such as a flat-screen TV and mini-bar. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the car hire service and the dry cleaning and housekeeping services which made my stay even more comfortable.

The hotel is ideally located near the beautiful Yam beach, offering guests spectacular views of the sea. The spacious rooms with comfortable and clean beds, bathrooms with good water pressure, and friendly and polite staff make for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette area, although lacking tools, is an added convenience for guests.

One negative aspect was the miscommunication about room types, where the guest had to call reception and waste an hour until it was sorted out.

The hotel's location is perfect and the ambiance is cozy and wonderful. The staff is friendly and accommodating, offering free upgrades and special requests like a free coat for my toddler. The rooms are beautifully designed and well-lit.
