The staff at the hotel are accommodating and courteous, with special mention to the receptionist, Ms. Hwazin, and the housekeeping personnel. The room is relaxing and comfortable, with a big bathtub, which is a great alternative to the crowded swimming pool. The location of the hotel is perfect, being just a few minutes' walk to Al Fanateer Beach and Banana Beach, and a short distance to Granada Mall and Boat/Yacht Cruise. The hotel granted our request for a non-smoking and corner room, with a wonderful sea view. The junior suite we stayed in was spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 kids, with an additional bed provided for an extra charge. The facilities at the hotel are good and well-utilized, and we even had the pool to ourselves during our visit. The breakfast buffet offers a sumptuous selection of food.

Our room did not have a window, which made it very dark and difficult to distinguish between night and day. the gym equipment was outdated and low quality.
