The staff at Artloft Hotel were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary arrival drink, as well as complimentary fruit and a bottle of water in my room. These small gestures made me feel valued as a guest. The room itself was exceptional value for money, it was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location of the hotel was also a highlight, as it was close to the city center and main sights. I had a wonderful experience at Artloft Hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were pleasantly surprised by the availability of secure parking, which is a rarity in downtown areas. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center of the city and the pedestrian street. The staff, especially Maja, were extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Modern decor, perfect location, free reserved parking, polite staff, best value for money. Spacious rooms with natural light, helpful receptionists, elevator access, centrally located. Very welcoming staff, nice room style, arranged parking, advanced notice needed. Friendly reception with tea/coffee, reasonable buffet breakfast.

Had an amazing time during my Christmas holiday! the breakfast and coffee were incredible, and my room was beautifully decorated. the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure that I had a pleasant stay. the location was perfect, as everything I wanted to see and do was just a short walk away. I also loved that the hotel offered complimentary parking and had an elevator to help me carry my luggage.

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel at first, and the heating wasn't as warm as I would have liked. To make things worse, there was a foul smell in the bathroom that really ruined the experience for me.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the town center with bright streetlights illuminating the surroundings. We were just a few minutes away from all the tourist attractions, making it very convenient for us to explore the city.
