We loved our stay at these renovated apartments! The flat was spacious and had all the amenities we needed as a family, including a good bathroom and a wide, new TV with Netflix and YouTube. The internet was also reliable, perfect for staying connected. The staff were kind, helpful, and accommodating, even providing us with a baby bed without any hassle. The location was excellent, quiet yet close to the city center, and the building felt safe with a code-locked entrance. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the cleaning lady was friendly. it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our family.

We particularly enjoyed strolling around the pedestrian area and the castle area. the food options near the river at Beton Halla were also a highlight of our stay. Additionally, the all, you, can, eat deal at Ambar for Balkan food specialties was incredibly tasty and offered great value for money.

One downside of the apartments was that most of them were located on the ground floor or in the basement, which meant they weren't conducive for spending a lot of time relaxing and hanging out. Additionally, we encountered an electricity problem on the first day, which affected the functioning of the air conditioning during the hot weather.

The apartment was nicely designed and the host was cool. Everything in the apartment looked new, which was a plus. The location was also great, just a 5-minute walk from the train/bus station and the town center. There were plenty of places to visit around the apartment, which made it convenient for exploring the area.

One thing that could be improved is the kitchen utilities. It would have been nice to have a toaster and cooker available.

Even though our apartment was on the ground floor, the location was still perfect for walking to the city center. The only downside was the lack of natural light, but the lighting system made up for it. I highly recommend staying at City Place Apartments.
